In short, we make a complete concept around active motorbike, bike and mountainbike friendly traveling, by which you can reach the target groups even faster and more efficient. Cooperating doesn’t mean that your hotel loses its individual characters, on the contrary! Our objective is to develop marketing strategies and commercial actions for the group .

Being part of this cooporation means in thte first place taking care of the welfare of each guest and his two-wheeler. In this way, each hotelkeeper complies with the policy of the enterprise and the demands of the customer.

Becoming a member of the MOBIKEHOTEL organization means using a quality label that will give an added value to your hotel in short term. Thanks to our communication and promotion campaigns, your hotel will become a conception for these target groups.
The dynamic of MOBIKEHOTEL
Becoming a mobikehotel member means active use of our communication platform and getting benefits from "cross selling". Our group will cooperate with for instance motorbike, bike & mountainbike shops, clubs, ... so that your guests will consists of individual customers AND groups, if desired. Each year, our group will be represented on a number of major national and international exhibitions.

| 4. FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANIZATION |

Within the MOBIKEHOTEL organization, each hotel keeps his own autonomy of course.
• a monthly confidential member newsletter with all developements within the group, actions, planning, etc
• annual meeting with all members
Publicity and promotion
MobikeHotel guarantees the publication of a brochure, a website and will participate in various exhibitions and events. Each year, Mobikehotel will organize different campaigns with various media partners. Achieving a maximum return from our marketing support and actions, it is recommended putting the Mobikehotel logo and link on your website.
Reservations
Each hotel has his own reservation formular on his hotel-page. The visitor on our website can use this formular to make a reservation request, which will be sent to the hotel by e-mail. Note: MobikeHotel does not charge any commission on the reservations!

Conditions
• providing a locked or secured parking place for motorbike and/or bikes
• providing a drying room for wet clothing
• providing some cleaning product and tools for repair
• providing info about regional roadbooks, routes and tracks
• info about a local dealer
General conditions
• each member signs a contract for 1 year
• each member provides 2 x 2 nights incl. breakfast for 1 person, which will be used for promotional actions and press invitations
• each member integrates the mobike logo with link to mobikehotel.com on their own website |
